We have joined the Japan Private Equity Association (JPEA).

FundKey Inc. is pleased to announce that we have joined the Japan Private Equity Association (JPEA) as a sustaining member. To date, our services have primarily focused on startup funds, debt funds, and real estate funds. In recent years, however, we have seen an increase in inquiries regarding private equity (PE) funds, further expanding our involvement in the PE sector. Against this backdrop, we joined the JPEA to deepen our understanding of regulatory frameworks, rules, and practical trends within the PE industry, as well as to build a framework for delivering even higher-value, specialized services through networking with industry professionals. Moving forward, we will continue to accumulate expertise and experience in fund administration within the PE sector, translating this into higher-quality services for our clients.
